Tile & Grout Cleaning Brisbane
Deep cleaning that pulls grime out of porous grout lines
Grout is porous, so mopping mostly redistributes dirty water into the lines rather than removing anything. We use rotary hot-water cleaning with simultaneous vacuum recovery, so the grime leaves the room in the waste tank instead of drying back into the floor. The difference is usually most obvious in kitchens, entryways and shower recesses.
Key benefits
Grout lines cleaned, not just tiles
Rotary cleaning plus hand detailing reaches the recessed lines a mop can never touch.
Contained, low-mess process
Waste water is recovered as we go rather than being spread across the floor.
Mould and soap scum addressed
Wet areas get chemistry chosen for biological growth and body-product residue.
Optional sealing
Sealing cleaned grout makes future mopping far more effective and slows re-staining.

Keeping it looking good between visits
- Swap supermarket mop concentrate for a pH-neutral cleaner — alkaline residue attracts dirt
- Squeegee the shower walls after use; it's the cheapest mould prevention there is
- Use a microfibre flat mop and change the water when it turns grey, not when you finish
- Avoid bleach on coloured grout — it lightens patchily and weakens the surface over time
- Run the bathroom exhaust fan for 20 minutes after showering through the humid months
Drying time
Tiles are typically walkable within the hour; sealer needs several hours before traffic.
