A Brisbane family that treats your home like our own
We started with one second-hand machine, a hand-written diary and a mortgage. Fifteen years later we've cleaned 12,500+ homes and businesses across every Brisbane postcode — and we're still answering the phone ourselves.

Fifteen years, one obsession
We founded the business in a rented Kelvin Grove garage in 2010, working out of one Toyota HiAce with a single second-hand machine in the back. The first month's diary was written in pencil. The first customer — a Paddington Queenslander with 25-year-old wool Berber that everyone else had written off — is still on our books today.
The pitch back then was simple and it hasn't changed: do the preparation properly rather than rushing to the wand, use products that are safe around wool, kids and pets, and be straight with people about what a clean will and won't achieve. Half of what we do on a first visit is explaining what's dirt and what's wear.
We've grown, but we've kept the shape deliberately small. Five region-based teams, six technicians, and a phone answered between 7am and 8pm every day of the week. No franchisees, no subcontractors, no call-centre. Every van on the road has our name on the door because every van is ours.
Four habits that shape every job we do
Less about slogans, more about the small decisions that separate a clean that lasts from one that doesn't.
Ongoing training, not a one-off ticket
Fibre types, adhesives and backing systems keep changing. Our technicians keep learning, because knowing when hot water extraction is the wrong choice matters more than knowing how to run a wand.
Products chosen for the household
Low-toxicity, biodegradable solutions are our default in homes, particularly where there are wool carpets, babies crawling on the floor or animals sleeping on it.
Careful in the house, not just on the floor
Corner guards on doorways, hose runs kept tidy, no wet marks up the skirting boards. Damage prevention is mostly attention, and it starts before the machine is switched on.
The same people, every time
Rebook and you'll generally get the technician who came last time. They already know the property, the pets, the parking and the tricky room.
What working with us actually looks like
The scope is agreed before we start
You'll know exactly which rooms and surfaces are included before the first machine comes off the van, and we confirm any change with you rather than assuming.
No hard-sell on optional extras
We'll mention fabric protection or grout sealing where they genuinely help. In a rarely used spare room, we'll tell you to skip it.
If a mark won't lift, you hear it first
During the walk-through we'll tell you whether something will lift fully, partially or not at all. Nobody enjoys being told 'sorry' at the end of the job.
Say something and we'll come and look
If an area isn't right, ring us. We'd far rather come back and take another look than have you tell the neighbours it was disappointing.
We leave the house tidy
Shoe covers on, corner guards up, hoses run out of walkways and nothing left behind on the driveway. The technician does a final walk-through with you where you're home.
Six technicians, five regions, one group chat
Our field team is small on purpose. Six technicians who all trained under the same senior tech, work to the same checklist and share one group chat where every unusual stain, awkward access job and clever fix gets posted. It's why the northside tech can talk through a Bulimba job with the same confidence as the eastside tech.
Every hire learns the same way, under the same senior tech.
One process across the team, so results don't depend on who turns up.
Weekly team debrief on unusual jobs and new fibre types.
Every technician lives inside greater Brisbane.
Meet the team the easy way — book us in
Rebook and you'll usually see the same face at the door. Keeping it that way is the whole reason we've stayed small.
